Every guest builds.

We’ve spent years putting AI into production for some of Australia’s largest organisations. The moment that matters most is always the same: a leader builds their first working agent and sees what it does for their business. The conversation changes on the spot.

We designed an evening around that moment, and around the people who share it. Good food, great wine, a table of peers, and hosts who’ve done it at scale sitting right beside you.

A host in a dark blazer explains something over an open laptop while guests lean in, glasses of red wine on the table.

Nobody starts from zero.

  1. Before

We get you set up and ready before you arrive, with guidance on where to start.

  2. At the table

New to AI? Build a real agent, at your own pace, with three AI expert hosts beside you. Already building? Go deeper with the hosts and the table on what comes next.

  3. After

You keep what you built, and our guidance as you take it further. You leave with:

    • A working Claude agent, shaped around your business
    • A take-home toolkit with our best practices, to keep building
    • A clear view of where agents fit next in your organisation
    • A table of peers who build, long after dessert

Well-crafted food by the experts at Radish Events, made to eat while you build, with wines paired with the evening.

For people who run things.

Three glasses of red wine on a wooden table in candlelight, guests blurred behind.

Founders, executives and business owners who’d rather put AI to work than read another article about it. First-timers and those already building sit at the same table, and it’s a safe space to ask anything. You don’t need a technical background: if you can write a clear email, you can build an agent.

It isn’t a lecture or a sales pitch. Bring a laptop, an open mind and an appreciation for a good glass of wine.

Your dinner is cooked by a business that runs on Claude.

Plates of finger food and glasses of red wine on a wooden table, a guest typing on a laptop beside them.

Radish is a Sydney catering company. Its founder, Henrique, rebuilt the business as AI-native with its own operating system built on Claude Code. The food on your plate is proof of the method you’ll learn over it.

FAQ

What does it cost?
Early bird $349, Full price $649. Covers well-crafted food made to eat while you build, paired wines and three hours building with the hosts. Your Claude plan is separate, and yours to keep.
What if I don’t leave with a working agent?
You get every dollar back, food and wine included. Working means you built it during the evening and it does the job we set at the start. If it doesn't, tell a host before you leave and we refund your ticket in full.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write a clear email, you can build an agent. Setup is guided step by step, and the hosts handle the rest.
I’ve already built with AI. Is this for me?
Yes. While first-timers build their first agent, you’ll go deeper with the hosts and the table on how to take your work to the next level.
What will we build?
An AI agent for a real business problem, which you then shape around your own. We keep the details for the night.
What if I fall behind?
Everyone moves at their own pace. There are three hosts at the table, and checkpoints so you can always pick up where the table is.
What should I bring?
Your own laptop, with Claude installed and a Claude plan of your choice. The setup guide walks you through it once you’ve booked. If your work laptop blocks new apps, bring a personal one.
What about my company’s data?
Bring the problem, leave sensitive data at home. You’ll build with sample data on the night and learn how to roll it out safely afterwards.
Dietary requirements?
Tell us when you book and Radish will look after you.
